Mark Britland Accounts Manager

Mark attended The University of Birmingham where he attained a BEng Hons in Computer Interactive Systems with Business Management. Thereafter he received a scholarship to study an MRes in Computer Integrated Systems at the same University. Upon completion of this he started working in elite football for Aston Villa Football Club.

He joined Villa in January 2009 as Assistant Performance Analyst and became Head of Performance Analysis in January 2012 and worked under multiple coaches including Alex McLeish, Paul Lambert and Tim Sherwood. In this position he was in charge of development, budgeting and direction of the department. He then joined the scouting department in October 2016 as Scouting Coordinator, a position he held until leaving in October 2018.
